BS Computer Science
Our BS CS program, affiliated with the National University of Pakistan, represents the major highlight of computer science education in FG colleges. The National University of Pakistan was established in 2023 through parliamentary approval, making it one of the most modern additions to Pakistan’s higher education. Academic Calender
The academic calendar provides a detailed roadmap for the 2025-26 academic year at FG Degree College Hyderabad. Code Of Conduct of College
Students must demonstrate loyalty to Pakistan and refrain from any actions that may harm its honor or prestige in any way.
All students are required to wear the official college uniform. Wearing any item that is not part of the prescribed uniform is strictly prohibited.
The use of pan, supari, or smoking is strictly forbidden on the college premises.
Disciplinary action will be taken against students who are frequently absent or fail to pass examinations.
Political gatherings, rallies, or strikes are strictly prohibited.
Bringing weapons, cameras, movie recorders, or sports equipment (e.g., balls, bats, footballs, rackets, etc.) to college is strictly forbidden.
The final time for entry into the college is 8:00 AM. Late arrivals may be marked absent. The college maintains a strict policy on punctuality.
Any form of indiscipline, improper behavior, or misconduct may result in the expulsion of the student.
No student will be allowed to enter the college without a valid College Identity Card.
A soldier-style haircut is mandatory. Growing long hair is strictly prohibited.
Students may use the library during their free periods.
Except during break times, students are not permitted to walk outside the classrooms.
Holding parties, or eating or drinking anything inside the classroom is strictly prohibited.
STUDENT MIGRATION FROM OTHER BOARDS
Students seeking migration from other educational boards to the board affiliated with FG Degree College Hyderabad Cantt may apply in accordance with the following guidelines. All such admissions are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective board and the availability of seats at the college.
i) If the transfer takes place during the regular admission period for First Year or Third Year, the student must compete for admission based on the criteria prescribed by the Board.
ii) If the transfer occurs while the academic session is already in progress, the student will be considered for admission on the basis of a test and interview. Previous academic performance at the last attended institution will also be taken into account. Admission will be granted only if seats are available.
iii) A copy of the Migration Certificate must be submitted within 15 days of securing admission. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of admission.
Library
Our college library serves as the hub of academic learning for all students.
The library provides access to books, reference materials, newspapers, and magazines. Students can borrow two books for two weeks using their college ID cards. The library maintains reference books and dictionaries for in-house consultation.
